Renu’s work experience includes 6.5 years in project management, market research, stakeholder management, digital marketing (including content and social media), media and strategic partnerships as well as developing communications and marketing plans – in the conference and events business. Originally from Singapore, she grew up and spent most of her time in Perth, before moving to Sydney in 2012 after graduating from The University of Western Australia. She spent 3.5 years at Informa Australia (Sydney), working across a number of industries including mining and resources, infrastructure, banking and finance, higher education, and legal. Renu resigned in April 2016 and moved over to the UK, where she spent the first few months travelling around Europe before landing a position at EyeforTravel in London; a business intelligence and media company focused on the online travel sector. As the Project and Marketing Director, she was responsible for the North America portfolio, and led flagship shows held in both Las Vegas and San Francisco.
Renu’s main role at the Blockchain Conference Network is to develop conferences in mining technology & digitization – in the Australian market.
